The business mail on Strato using IMAP (for now) When I make a backup copy of my emails I always copy the entire profile folder because I don't know. It saves the emails somewhere in the mess that is the profile folder, although I dont know in what file or folder exactly- looks really messy. So now I have 2 emails connected to Thunderbird: The Strato email archive is the entire purpose of this. So far all my email contacts have been done over GMX>Thunderbird Pop3 and everything was saved on the hard drive.īecause logging into Strato each time I want to check the emails is quite bothersome, I connected my existing Thunderbird profile to it and set it to IMAP.
